Learn to give Infant Massage! The parent is the best person to give massage to an infant, and in this class you get the tools needed to practice this art at home. Infant massage can be one of the greatest gifts you give your child. Infants need touch just as much as they need food and sleep. In this class you will learn:
- The benefits of infant massage
- A full body infant massage routine
- How to understand infant cues and non-verbal communication
- Gentle relaxation techniques for you and your family
If you are pregnant, a new parent, a grandparent, or a primary caregiver of infants this class is for you! Babies under 12 months of age are welcome to attend with their adult. Dolls will be provided for practice without an infant.
