How did you learn about Montessori? – I learned about Montessori when I was in college. The professor had an assignment where we were supposed to observe in a Montessori classroom. I fell in love right away. A year later I was working as an assistant in the Willow Room.

Where did you take your training? – Portland, Oregon

Any other degrees, schooling, or training of note? – I have a Bachelor’s degree from Sacramento State in Child Development.

3 things you can’t live without – Cookies(especially soft cookies), green tea, and the sun. All those things make me really happy.

Most favorite trip you’ve taken OR dream vacation – Dream vacation: Going to Greece and Italy. I just took a wonderful family vacation to sunny and warm Mexico.

Favorite local treat – tea from Pete’s coffee in Raley’s
