Obviously I bring my kids to a Montessori school for the teaching methodology, but we stay (and we have debated whether or not to transition to public for elementary) because of the staff. Every one of my girls teachers have been AMAZING! They know the Montessori methods, but most importantly they truly care. I still talk to the Infant and Toddler teachers - Monica and Kisha - even though my girls are in Primary. They have always helped with advice in and out of the classroom. Quynh has shown so much care for my daughter’s development and creating resilience and advocating for her to use her voice. Bethany is a rockstar that knows every family that comes through the door (including grandparents) and truly takes care of all the Bergamo families. The Blu classroom has experienced quite a bit of transition over the last year and I am hoping for some stability in the next year. All of the Directors know the families and take great care of my children as well.

How its child lead. The amount of independence and freedom given is amazing. The trust the guides have in their children is so beautiful. My child is thriving here at Bergamo.

Love the staff but am disappointed at the amount of turnover at the aide level. It was not like this before endeavor. When a recently departed aide said she was leaving for $3.00 per hour more to do childcare elsewhere it made me wonder why endeavor can’t pay market rates given the amount we pay every month.

Our kids absolutely love this school. The community is amazing. From the learning process in groups and individual time, to not sitting in a desk all day long. The inclusiveness is seen in every aspect.

Bergamo staff and administration consistently goes above and beyond for the children and families of the community. So grateful that I get to experience some of the magic my children get to experience while dropping them off and picking them up. Thank you Bergamo!

My boys love the school. The teachers are wonderful & very supportive. The education is top notch. The kids are encouraged to express their opinions. Great school, great teachers.
