The heart and soul of the school has always been the teachers and the guides that have worked there, who truly love and care for the children and embody the Montessori experience. It’s important to keep those teachers and guides in place as they are defining reason why we continue to choose the school.

This is our first experience with a school that has offered so much to our son, and we couldn’t be happier with the care, dedication, and learning environment they provide. We’re truly grateful for the positive impact they’ve had on his development, and we hope to enroll our younger son in the near future so he can be part of this wonderful community as well!

My experience of Bergamo the school is complete opposites of Endeavor the company. Prior to Endeavor’s acquisition of Bergamo, I had complete faith in leadership’s ability to do what was right for my kids. Following Endeavor’s acquisition, we see frequent and continued turnover among staff for the children, with people stating they are leaving childcare jobs for fast food jobs. Endeavor needs to make sure they are paying people adequately so that we are not losing high-quality aids who care for our children on a daily basis

The teachers and support staff who are invested in our community and show up for each other to teach our students both academic and life skills. I am worried about all the turnover and abrupt leaving of staff so when friends have asked me to be honest about the school that is my critique for the last 2-3 years. Thank you

Bergamo is a gift to my family. I love the community, the teachers, the students and the HEART. What’s not to love? I’m so grateful to be here. Best decision I’ve ever made in parenting.
