I absolutely adore the incredible staff- from Amanda greeting you for the day to our amazing teachers. We feel so well supported by our wonderful teachers and Martha. It has not gone unnoticed that since MCD was purchased by Endeavor class counts have gone through the roof. There are too many kids in each classroom and it is not surprising that we’ve been sick more than past years. It feels like Endeavor is only focusing on profits and not the experience of our children, parents or amazing teachers.

Martha and the staff are the best. They have created a loving and kind environment that allows the children to grow and flourish. Even though things have changed under the new ownership and the costs are getting to be too high given the increased class to teacher ratios, as long as Martha, Joanna, and Delya and the other teachers remain we will too

We deeply appreciate the dedication of the staff, led by Martha, and want to support the school in maintaining the high-quality environment it has always provided. Parents are concerned about recent staffing reductions in the toddler classroom. No explanation was provided, and while we understand portfolio decisions by Endeavor may be driven by profitability, our school has been consistently profitable. It is extremely frustrating to see tuition continue to rise while staffing is reduced, care is impacted, and the number of children remains the same or increases. We do not want to see any further negative changes from Endeavor.
